Upgraded last night — the new sync engine is noticeably faster on large repos.

Same here. The migration guide skipped the config rename though, took me a while.

Anyone else seeing higher memory use on the watcher? ~200 MB more for me.

@linus_t yes, there's an open issue. Setting watch.poll=false fixed it.

Worth it just for the new diff viewer honestly.
